在台北, 說話有一種莫名流程. First, 抱怨每天的忙碌與對工作的不滿, 接著對M型社會的恐懼, en fin: 你現在的工作是?

每次看見大家緊張著替我找尋適合的定位, 我都覺得十分有趣. 如果在 animal channel, 我們的行為就像是動物的直覺一樣, 丟出的問題如同聞著彼此身上的味道, 再將其分類: 等級與近期/未來的地位. 老實說, 在這文明的環境對比之下, 我感覺更是赤裸不堪, 令我臉紅- 像是你一個月賺多少錢的問題, 近幾是全民運動, 從長輩到同輩甚至一些白目的晚輩, 我總是說:很多! 看完他們差點做出的憐憫表情轉為些許來不及的為我開心, 然後我才平靜的回答:夠用啦! 並誠懇的說著謝謝關心. (這個跟著我大半輩子的問題, 花了我20年的生活經歷, 才真正的從中找到平衡, 也開始對它開起了玩笑).

在抱怨聲中, 我總是正面的說, 新的時機來了! 要如何運用台灣現有經濟資源, 整合出新的成長方向. 例如; OEM是我們的forté 如強壯的臂膀, and how we should take it as advantage and work it as a positive energy. 有了技術, 有了人才, 接下來就是建立品牌強大的力量. 然後安靜了一番, 說: good! very positive! 你們這些境外人士回來的總是正面, 很好, 再過幾年就知道….我一陣鼻酸, cause 40多歲的他是如此認真, 語重心長.

台灣的鶯歌廠40多歲師父自信滿滿說著自己的30幾年經驗, 露出那自信的嘴角; 畢竟優美的瓷器少了個優美的故事, 就少了個希望, 漸漸失去自己存在意識與重要性. 在過去誰都不想知道的 Manolo 的鞋出自一雙看似卑賤的手; 但在我看見的未來, 我們新一代的重任是 “傳承經驗“, 並且 “經營經驗“, 30年多年經驗和今年30歲多歲有它並存的必要性, 學習尊重彼此專長, 從老到幼, 用著文明的語言與世界溝通, 帶著清晰品牌定位+連結通路管道+與經驗帶來的自信嘴角, 紮實的將一個乾淨的馬克杯作好, 道德與商業在某種層面下, 是可以並存, 我不相信台灣不行辦不到!- 我老粗似, 拍桌翹腳的說著.
